60inches........

14in extension came today.



From tip to tip it is 60in long. Should be plenty to go through the ice in the wheel house!

If you need that to drill through the ice you can probably ice fish from September until July.   ;D

Even with a power auger...I don't have the enthusiasm to drill through 60" of ice!  ;D

I've fished on 3-3.5 foot of ice. Add 9" from ice to top of floor in ice shack.  Gives a total of 51inches needed. I like the extra 9in so I don't need to skim my knuckles on the floor.  I hear they are changing the forecast to bitter cold 👽
