Neighbor took some awesome video of the recovery and aftermath.  Drone footage is insane!  This was derby weekend 2016, I was at derby.  This is lake Potanipo, Brookline, NH.  Camper through the ice.

Shame, what a disaster

   A disaster?   But you will notice that most of the bob houses had been removed previously.   There is a risk whenever you try to live on the ice?   The resulting mess is a shame and makes ice fishermen look bad??

The point is Everyone came together and helped the neighbor out and cleaned up the mess. No police or emergency responders. Just everyone coming together to get the job done.

Lotta vehicles and shacks seem to go through on that lake. I've only fished it twice in my life and one of those times a vehicle went through.

Yeah, maybe that shouldn't have stayed out there with the warm temps, but it did, and crap happened.  It was cleaned up quickly and the boys that owned it paid the state fine right away, which was really not necessary, but that's what the man wants. 

This year will be even more of a party on the ice.
