Not much snow so it should be still making ice.  -28 predicted for tonight.  Hope I don't have to start my truck.

We have a lake around here that went from no ice last saturday to 8 inches now, amazing what a good cold snap with not much snow on the ice will do to a lake.

3-4 inches of ice here in Creston Valley, Cranbrook prolly has a few inches better. The forecast looks great for icemaking, perch and Bass Water is fishable now :) just waiting for the online tourney to begin! Last yr the tourney started before I had safe ice :o

First time out this season on hardwater=- was like 8" of ice already with this cold snap- weather forecast is showing -20 for next week so will be getting real thick quick, almost power auger time..
