Moore reservoir

Not familiar at all with the Moore, but yesterday we driving by on our way to Craftsbury VT for a college visit and was surprised to see how low the water was...Is it a draw down or has/ is the drought had an affect on the North as well ?    It was a welcome sight to see the rain lingering around all day today we need it !!
I just want to go ice fishing and ignore my adult problems

Yes. The water levels are low throughout the state. Some areas more than others.

Usually Dispy or someone posts the annual draw down schedule but as far as I know they haven't started yet? I've also "heard"/noticed.

Some water bodies are so low they may not need a draw down and may need the extra help to reach normal levels again. Just what I've seen in my travels through out the state. I may be wrong? But It's what I've noticed anyway

normally water is high and gets drawn down to make power.  this year is not normal.

yeah i doubt a draw down, i have fished on the resevoir that "feeds" the seacoast with fresh water for 10 yrs, and ive never seen it so low, ive been hitting sunken stumps and old farm walls covered up 60 yrs ago with water that ive never seen before.
