Stupid question but the Striker Hard water suits say they are water proof.  Are they rain proof?

I've never actually tried wearing mine in the rain, but I would say they would keep you dry to an extent, but they wouldn't be completely rain proof. Just my guess.

To be completely honest, if it's raining, it will be waaaaaaay too warm to have a Striker suit on.  Just sayin.

I took a Muskie trip in October where it hovered at freezing and rained half the time.  It never poured but it rained and the Hardwater suit proved to be water proof with a decent amount of rain
