Yes..it's September and already we are setting up plans for our 4th (I think) annual ICE FISHING SEMINAR!! Aiming for possibly last week of November or so and this year I am making arrangement to secure the vacant store next to us to accomadate the growing numbers for the seminar! Ever heard of "HIGHTIDE"?..Yep..Doug has agreed to be our featured speaker this year and having chatted with him recently, he is chocked full of exciting new methods and products ideas..this is gonna be great! Much more to come on details and specifics! Hope all have had a great summer..Fall fishing is upon us so stop by and gear up!!

Your right Jim he's chocked full of, well Ill save that for the next time Doug and I are on the ice, most people know high-tide as a pro fisherman on the crappie circuit and I have to say he can hold his own and has placed very well at this level. I don't know if lucky is the right word here but I got to know this dude fishing in my spot for the same fish! my fish. man that's been some years back now, open water or hard he can get it on and never gets into that same Ole - routine something new to learn each time out DOUG U THE MAN. Griff.

Last year I met some new anglers and the Shiners came over from the North West. We went up North after the seminar had a couple beverages and more food ugh. Fishking can pound some food! I provided the food and we had a great time. However if someones wife calls I wont lie for them but a bartender might depending on the tip they get!

lol I don't even have a hard copy of it . Maybe I should get one printed it would look great in a nice frame on the wall.

I saw you and your son come in before high tide started but then when everybody went back to the shop I never saw you again.

Friend and I drove down from South Bend to get some Bricker Bugs and hear High Tide speak. Only problem I had was High Tide only had an hour and I think he hardly scarcted the surface. He absolutely killed it for an hour. He touched on so many things I've never thought of when on the ice. Thank you to Pro Tackle Outfitters for a great event.

We were way in the back corner during the seminar so we were just insdie the door during the give away then stood outside and shot the breeze for 40 minutes. It was a great turnout and easy to miss people in the crowd.

Glad you enjoyed the seminar 77, and thank you for the kind words. That's was an amazing crowd, and I really appreciated getting to know many of my fellow ice heads! Hope we cross paths on the ice real soon!
