No new toys yet but I keep watching craigslist trying to get a 2up sled at or under a grand or less has not been easy the ones I am seeing I keep getting the run around on. Don't want nothing fancy just need one that fires up and has paperwork. Fitting 2 people on a one seater wasn't easy for sure!!!

Just order from cabelas a solar phone etc charger so I don have to leave tI'll the fishing done.. along with the charger I ordered a pair of cabelas winter pac boots on sale today only 49.99 reg 100.00... and two tackle bags for 7.99 each.. they fit 6x3500 size boxes.. that's just the preblack friday sales thus far..

Just picked up the new Frabill I float bibs and jacket. Figured they will double for late season muskie fishing since they are USCG approved flotation. I will be more comfortable on thin ice now.

Picked up the 30 inch ultra lite ice blue pro rod from fish usa for 9.99 they are selling them on ebay for 35 plus 16.99 shipping . .. lol's but got that one cheaper

Going to look at a snowmobile tomorrow. Nothing fancy, just a trusty old polaris to get me on the ice. Found an awesome deal on a Jiffy 8" power auger on Ebay that I couldn't pass up. Some new tipups for the kids, and a bunch of jigs I bought on clearance last summer. Can't wait!

Looking at buying a 2 man Otter,don't know if I should get the bench or seats.No one around the Syracuse area has an Otter on display.Any suggestions.

I am personally a fan of bench seats. Not quite as comfortable for sitting, but are way better for laying down if necessary, and there is less of a limit on how many people can fit on it in a pinch.

Switching my tip ups out for jaw jackers. Tuning up the gas auger new spark, carb rebuild etc. had a friend burn through 4 layers of clothes and melt the heat shield a little too so prolly that as well lol

I kind of went all out this year! New propane auger, clam 2 man flip over, quickfish 3 for spearing, and a few new tip-ups. Now I just need to find a good deal on a striker ice suit!

I second that. I much prefered the bench seats clam used to have WAY back in the day, wish it was still an option. The padded bench seats on some of the new shanties are actually quite comfortable i think.

I picked up a little bit throughout the year this year. Bought an Eskimo Quickflip 2 with a hitch and skids, two more jig rod combos, and some more jigs. Purchased another set of chains for the front of the four wheeler, plus a windshield for it. Rigged lights for the shelter, plus I added chargers for the cell phone, iPod, and camera. 3 more milk crates for the ice shelter's sled, to help keep things organized. I hope that works.
Everything is set. I just wish the lakes were.

I just bought a new L action Tickle Stick, 13 Fishing Black Betty Free Fall inline reel, some tungsten jigs, and clam jig boxes to keep things organized! Can't wait for ice
