Lakers from Shore on Champlain

Anyone willing to share where I can find some lakers from shore? Parking etc.

Any rocky point really. Bonus points if it's near both a river mouth and deeper water. It's also worth noting which side of it the sun is on because if the water is really cold the fish may lay on the surface sunning, and if the water is warmer they will be in the shade, or near/on the bottom.

People walk out on the Rec path fish from the causeway exit of mallets bay.
