Nils cordless drill (adapter)

I have a six in nils hand auger. Does anyone know where I can get the adapter to convert the one I have to a cordless.  Also recommendations for getting the cutting head sharpened?

For sharpening, you want to contact Frank Deluca.  His handle on Ice Shanty is "Sharp Nils."  His personal email is:  [email protected]  He is highly recommended from what I've read.
