Saint Albans bay white's

I didn't get over to fish for white perch this winter on the ice, was thinking of dragging the boat over this week end. Is any one still catching them, or have they moved back out to the main lake.

This time of the year they're either in spawn or getting ready to.
Normally near a mouth of a tributary.

I'd be willing to bet that they are still right where people were catching them through the ice.  We caught them between shore and the green can from the boat in early May last year.  I haven't been up yet this year, but it is on my list of places to hit soon!

I'm pretty sure I'm gonna head over Friday or Saturday. They should be in there, just would love to hear from someone that knows for sure.

I went out in the canoe on Sunday, to the usual spots around Hathaway point. I didn't find any whites, but did get into the yellow perch pretty heavy. Some bigger ones in there too. I did see a half-dead white floating around so I think they are still in the Bay somewhere. I bet near where Mill River comes in would be promising.

Yeah some one over on mff said they are still in the bay, just trying to figure out if I'm going Friday or Saturday now.
