A few from 2016 (Pic Heavy)

Given the ice is near gone and open water is now "open" I thought I would post a few of the family for 2016. Had some firsts this year, my boy hunter got on the ice and got to catch quite a few in a couple trips, and made it to Moosehead. Got to enjoy fishing with family and friends, and made a few trips with some shanty members. I never got any monsters this year, had more skunks than in previous years, but I enjoyed the weather out there this year. Already working on some plans for next years trip!

great pic's chum!  I got to cross off crappie off my list now I got to catch a big pike! Maybe next year.. Great family you have also.. :thumbsup:

Another great year on the ice for the Chum family. I'm sure with your son getting in the game the sky's the limit. Great stuff. Enjoyed our trip this year Earl. Great pics, like that shot of Kineo. Thanks for the great posts!

Great pics CB!!   Love to see the kids out there, and by the smiles, they sure enjoy it.  Some of my best memories are ice fishing with my dad and brother when we were younger.  I was on the ice a bunch this year and can honestly not remember seeing many young kids   :(  Enjoy the open water!!

Still have to say, your little girls have caught bigger fish than I ever have lol.  Looked like though the season was shorter your kids didn't miss out on any of the fun. You've put them on some good spots alright.  You're raising the family right!
