Georgetown Monster Fish
« on: Mar 09, 2016, 08:14 AM »
Just got a photo sent to me of a whopper landed @ Georgetown.  I'm unable to post photo but I'll email it to anyone who can get it onto this site.  It's truly worth looking at.  You'll shake your head in disbelief.  This fish is the reason why the koke fishing shut down.  PM me for the photo.

Here's Slickice's picture of the monster kokanee caught on Georgetown Lake.  Allegedly.  I don't think that kokanee was actually caught at Georgetown Lake.  What I really want to see is a picture of the ice auger which made a hole big enough to pull the Kokanee through.  Now that would be impressive!

Thanks Pete for posting the pic.  Good friend in Hawaii sent it to me.  They often get snow on top of some of the mountains there but the clam shell hut throws me off.  Thought he drug it up there for a joke but the ice hut wouldn't be in Hawaii.  Perhaps someone altered an ice fishing photo.  He wont tell & insists it's Georgetown.

That's a great photoshop or someone went to a lot of trouble
Every plastics manufacturer claims plastics outfish livebait. So now I use livebait just for the increased challenge.
