Might not seem like such an exciting fish but this was the most exciting fish for me of the trip. I almost had myself a state record fish. This Utah chub weighed 1.5 pounds and the state record is 1.89 pounds. I was about 6 ounces short of beating a record, oh so close!!! released her to continue to get bigger.

I had a great ice season and dont want it to end but I couldnt have asked for a better trip to end my ice season on.
