Well this one goes down as my worse season ever, both in the amount of time on the ice and catches. The fact that Iam writing this obit on March 8th says it all. We have two weeks of above zero temps forecast here and although there will still be safe ice to be found next weekend and maybe the weekend after, my heart's not in it anymore. Winter is my favourite time to fish so that says alot! Getting my boat out of the garage this week to get her tuned up and I will start scouting out some shore fishing/ canoe opportunities on rivers and lakes to pass the time.
Not saying I want another polar vortex type winter like the last two but something inbetween them and this year would be nice! See you on the open water fishing boards you can find me under JZ or JJZ on most.
