....more 2016 than 2015 this year. The season started and ended with trout. I fished every weekend from Jan to this weekend. Countless hours, countless miles, and unmeasurable fun. Fished with old friends and made a some new ones. Thanks to all who were a part of it, thanks more to the guys who bust my stones here; for keeping it interesting.

Thanks guys. I am very fortunate indeed. Thankfully my fiance understands! Now time for me to take a bit of a break (hard to type that) and be a family man for a while.

Nice job Jon. Lookslike it was a good season even though it was a short one. We'll be chasing Lakers, Flounder, Stripers, Sea Bass and fluke before we know it.

HA! Next year we well have to get the fam together put out 90 traps all with goldens! You and your son are welcome on the boat anytime!

Thank you Keith. Out of all of them my favorite is the one with my daughter and the sled. She was leaning for a closer look at my discarded jigging bait. In the video I have she rapididly changes directions and then looks back at them briefly before rapidly moving on...its priceless.

No couldn't get out in Hague, at least that I knew off. That fishing was the southern basin.

Chris...I had it on the list to try for Housy stripers this weekend but my daughter needs her dad and my girl is totally ready for a break from being a mom. I will relax and get my chu/quabbin rigs ready!

Yes I do Manny and that I am most thankful for. Keep in mind a number of these trips were supported with the help of many ice shanty members too.
