Magog pressure crack
« on: Feb 10, 2016, 10:31 AM »
Magog has good ice 10 -12 inches black ice on Sunday. Getting on can be tricky as the ice is broken up along the West shore.
There is also a big pressure crack (W Shore) that is couple feet wide.
The perch guys that fish daily were driving miles getting around the crack and my buddy
got his feet wet trying to cross it.  I think by Sunday night it will be a non issue
but with fresh snow - beware. Sorry for the delay in posting.

Ya right behind the light tower. Goes from beans bay to straight across the lake. Fished the twins last weekend; drove my wheeler straight across  from there to beans bay/lablancs. That was all safe. I just wouldn't go over that ridge. But I doubt a lot of people will go out this weekend with the temps we will have.
