Whats the best budget friendly fish finder? I would prefer a portable set up I can use on ice and on my boat.

I know hummingbird has some good set ups: either the 570 Portable or the Helix 5 portable will suit you just fine and all you have to do is buy an Ice Ducer for them if you want to fish the ice as they come with a suction cup transducer that you can place on the back hull of the boat.
