Lake Fenton DNR launch

Been seeing quite few fishermen at the DNR launch at lake Fenton. Any reports on fishing?  I know it gets hit pretty hard. Want to take my kids out for some panfish action

 I have been out there prolly 3-4 times a week. but , I was spearing. a lot of fisherman , straight out from the dock, in front of the island house generally some catches taken there, and did see some tip ups go off, good luck to you both, stay safe
