I went by South Bay yesterday afternoon. There was no one visible on the ice. The ice did go to the shore line so getting on looked OK. No idea what condition the ice was in but at least there wasn't any standing water.

I plan on fishing Eagle Point on Saturday.  Last weekend there was over a foot of good ice and It looks like the temps will fall starting tonight.  If anyone can give me some info about the access after the warm weather, id be happy to pm how we did last week.

Thanks!

Does anyone know if the ice is safe for my wheeler? Thinking about either twins or beans bay.

Hell ya! Do you know how I can get my wheeler out to beans bay other than driving across from the twins? Or Is it ok to drive over the ice ridge on strawberry acres to get there?

Just got back from the twins.  Still 12" of ice everywhere but it looks like someone busted through the access at Eagle Pt.  Bring your skates cause it's slick.  Perch bite dropped right off after noon.  No trout at all for me this trip!?

How are conditions at the access at Eagle Pt after the rain?  We'll be out there Friday & Saturday.
