spooner/heyward area

My friends and I are heading up to the spooner/heyward area next week.  We always fish Gull Lake but are looking to try new lakes.  Any suggestions for good pan fishing and maybe some walleye?  Any recommendations were be much appreciated.  Thanks in advanced.

Potatoe lake off hyw 70, long lake, lots of good small pot hole lakes scattered all over, just look at a map.
