Island report 31st

caught 3 sun from 5-9 lbs.Decided not to fish mon..Ice only about 5 or so...I think its done for now.....

Nice catch looks like fun, hopefully the ice will tighten back up with this little cold snap coming in.

All the ice is gone on the middle bass web cam. It was there when I checked yeasterday.  Not good over before it even started.         Mark

For what it's worth it is locked up on the middle bass web cam again. Wish the forecast was a lot better.  Hard to believe 49 degrees this time next week. Thank god Chautauqua isn't to far.  Lol.      Mark

Talked with a friend on the island today..He said there were 2 guys out off the west shore not vary far and the ice was around 4...With the warm and wind comin in the next few days I think it will blow out..My season is over..See ya next year...greg
