I'm all in! Not looking great for ice on the Fingers this year. Might not be the worst thing for the Cayuga and Keuka fisheries. They both took a real beating last year!

Anyone close to Keuka Lake able to take a ride down to the state park at north end, and see whether the boat launch harbor is iced in or not? Thinking of going but afraid the launch might be impassable?

What's the better access point at honeoye?  Sandy bottom on the north end or the state marine park south east?  I want to be sure before I set out and put it in the gps.  First time there.

I'd say south end. Then again I've never fished the north end. Someone else may chime in

walleye are present, but catching them is not super common. if walleye are your fish of choice, oneida would be your best bet.

I think I'm gonna make it up there for pannies Saturday.  I'd love to go to Onieda but its 3 hours for me.  I'd have to stay overnight.  Then there is the matter of going with someone.  My buddies are all working this weekend.  If anybody is out Saturday, come look me up and say hi.  I'm in a blue 2 man clam with blaze orange bibs.  Ill be the one walking around trying to figure out where what I'm doing.  Name is Joe

Hey Joe where ya going with that jigging rod in your hand? I live on the lake. I always start on the south end just north of the launch there's a little bay inside the bay bluegills find the drop off and fish for walleyes.

Big Ice Hole, thanks for the advise on where to go there.  Looked at a map and I think I see that little bay and the drop off north-north west of the SE launch.  We'll see what happens Sunday.
