Yes. Lots of access points from the fields as well. We have 220 pre-registered already.

Despite cold forecast, 280 registered so far as of writing. First place will be minimum $2800. I'll update later at 5:00 when we close. I'm sitting in the office for rest of day.

How does one access Ravens island... Do you come off the fields or the boat launch and drive across?

You can access the lake from the boat launch and then drive east across the lake.  There were about 10 shacks there on the weekend.  I have seen trucks coming and going from the east side of the lake also, just haven't travelled that way for a couple of weeks.  To get on from the east side drive straight north from Lake Lenore on the highway take your 1st left just before the highway curves to the east (Approx. 1/4 mile), then take that grid north until you hit the lake.

Fishing is really slow there.   ???

anyone been out this week?

think me and some buddies are heading out on Sunday, don't know the lake very well so probably just look up the bathymetric maps and hope for the best

can always scoot over to eagle if the bite is slow.

Fishing still slow on the little lake. Talked to a few others and they are all reporting the same. I have heard the odd report of people catching their limit on the big lake though on occasion. I would think they will bite eventually, maybe Sunday will be the day.

Good Luck & Happy Fishing

i was out tuesday and caught 1 and last night we got skunked.  only saw one on the flasher.  a buddy was fishing big lake all week and hadn't caught a fish.  they just completely stopped biting it seems like.  moving around did not help either.  a few pike are being caught around the boat launch but it you are after pike go to frog lake

Was anybody out at lungs yesterday?  I'm wondering how the shacks fared in the wind Saturday night?  Hows the fishing?

There is a pretty decent trail onto the ice. No problems with a truck this past weekend

Very very few and far between for perch. They have all been dispersed or eaten by something.

I assume St Brieux is ice free but was just wondering if anyone can confirm before i head out tomorrow afternoon??

I assume the docks will probably go in the thursday before the long weekend again like last year too?

Thx for any help!

Good luck to everyone for season start!
