not sure they are called tripods, but marcum has two camera panners. one wired and one key fob remote controlled.
50$ and i think 75$ for the remote version.
they use c cell batteries and folds up smallish. simple design easy to use.
just got one and no ice time.

Also there is the MoPod 3 from Aqua Vu.  That is what I use and have been very happy with them.  $59.99 at Aqua Vu.  May be cheaper elsewhere.
Wireless.

I have the Marcum and it has worked without any issues. I have the wired version and the wire is a real PITA, so I would definitely go wireless. I'm not unhappy with it, but if I ever have to replace it I will look around to see if I can find something better.

I had the wired Marcum and it worked very well.  Used very little battery and seemed well built.  Made the upgrade to the wireless this year.  Haven't used it yet but am looking forward to trying it out.  Figured it would be one less wire to deal with in the shack with wireless.

marcum reviews on amazon i read the screws strip to too easy and the rubber gasket is next to imposable to reinstall correctly. being your on your second one, it would mean they are okay units. i have the free one with wires from their upgrade program, but haven't had ice to try any of it.
that mo pod sounds good too being wireless and a good price for wireless. marcum wireless is 80$.

found the mo pod 3 for 49$ on amazon. has some bad reviews.

bad reviews on the mo pod at cabelas too.

Been using a MoPod for ten years with no problems, but I'm careful with my equipment. I also have a corded Marcum panner which I have never used.
It seems to go from zero to hero all some have to do is lie.

The camera compass which is a flat disc style is hard to beat for positioning a camera
