I use the above scents mainly anise for trout. Looking at trying crawfish, shrimp, or sardine...... technically shrimp and sardine are saltwater but was curious if anyone has any feed back / experience using the above mentioned scents, not brand but flavor......

I have read a few articles about shrimp being used as bait for trout socid imagine the scent would work well also

Have known folks to use pieces of shrimp for bait, Wayne. I'd give at least the shrimp a shot.....
so to speak.  ;)

Thanks to you all. I agree on the shrimp scent I'm leaning towards that I'll let you all know how it is.

I have used the Bio Edge smelt scent and had great results trolling streamers during open water. Been meaning to try it more often during the hard water season.
