Awesome, I'm going to order a couple. What size would you recommend for a jigging rod? The 500 series or the 1000?

500 will treat you well. perhaps a 1000 if you are after big walleye or something like that but 500 is perfect for everything smaller. I even use 500 for big walleye and it does fine.

Would these be the best bang for the buck feel for this price, and will they last? I have a couple black Betty 6061's, but need two reels for dead sticking and spoons.
