I keep getting prompts on my navionics to buy navionics + for 4.99$. Anyone use it? Is it worth it?

Yup! I love it. Use it year round on the ice and in the boat. It allows you to track where you've been. Been a great help to me, shows depths and contours, I would recommend it!

Be sure and give a review of your experience with the App ...especially the Apps short coming's..I just went with the Garmin Etrex 20 for my needs it will be fine ...fish mostly lakes with no maps I would be curious how the Navionics Apps would tackle that with the community input..

If you have and iPhone (apple or android) iPad, tablet, you can download the boating app and use it for a 7 day free trial, full access. Its the exact same thing as the chart plotter version only on the mobile app. They have an annual cost of 9.95 for the standard and 49.95 for the HD versions if you desire to keep using them on your phone. This is the app where navionics teamed with Vexliar on the SonarPhone product which does work very well.

You can also see all the lakes with contour by clicking to the WebApp on the naoinics home page or boating page. Move the map to the area you want to look at and zoom in.

Yes all the time, it gives you the higher definition SonarCharts layer. Lots more detail and updated mapping or this is the mapping that Navionics changes when improvements are made.

I just got a new android phone and went to get the navionics lakes and marine app that I had on my old droid phone and can`t find it. I loved it and it was $9.99.   Can anyone tell me if it is still available?

Yes if your subscription is still current go to Google Play store and reload it on your new phone.
