I continue to commiserate with Shawn Goode of the VT F&W department about the 2013 panfish harvest data. He reports that he can not publish the numbers because not all of the fishmongers have reported their last quarter of 2013 yet! This information is critical to the efforts to improve our waterways so if any of our readers know a fishmonger maybe they can encourage them to do what is right and submit the harvest numbers asap so we can see how we're doing.
