Where can I find a list of lakes that are open to dip netting smelts laws about time you have to stop and limits. I no it differs from lake to lake where I'm from.

Use the rule book. Check S rules and any hours restrictions will be under that Body of water.

I've looked they make law book so difficult to understand dk y they can't just make it half way simple to read. But thanks I'll look a little closer.
