Anyone know how the ice is breaking up at Wallum will it be fishable on opening day for boaters?

Just checked it yesterday from the Douglas State Forest boat ramp and it is still completely locked up.

I wonder if they even stocked ponds that are still frozen over.
Just add water.

does anyone know if they even stocked yet? I went out yesterday at the blackstone and between the 10 of us there was there was only 1 fish caught. I was shocked. Usually we all limit out in that same spot on opening day. Then I talked to a buddy that went to round top and he said they didn't even stock it yet and none of them caught fish either. Anyone else have intel on this?
