Northwest report. Burr
« on: Apr 05, 2015, 04:54 AM »
Fished burr pond yesterday and still had solid ice about 2-3 inches below the degraded surface ice.  I wouldn't trust it today as it was really softening up by the end of the day.
If you can't play nice, get off the ice!

fishonitct thanks again for the delicious egg and bacon sandwich you made on Saturday.
Going to try and hit Burr one more time today. I'll stay in close to shore like you said.

Hit Burr pond for the last time yesterday.
Stayed closer to the shore (thanks fishoninct)
had some flags. Iced a nice bass. Jigged up
some gills put everything back and walked off
safely. Higher elevation was the key (thanks icechaser)
THANK YOU TO ALL ! Your advice and stories helped
throughout the season. Good luck in the soft water season.
I'll talk to you all again next year.
