I hope they're more meaty than the ones I caught last weekend. Kept the fat ones I caught and cut me up and there wasn't muhh meat on em. They were full of eggs tho. But the only meat was on the back. The ribs went right to the skin. Damn things....
Perch are such a pain to cut up it was hardly worth it. Good thing they're so sweet!!! Haha
