Here's a pic tip, that would look really sweet if you took that pic with ice and outdoors in the background, just make sure there is no obvious landmarks or your spot might get poached!

Very nice!!! I've never caught pike that big. I dream of a 20pounder for the wall. But ice shanty got me hooked on jig fishing I only pike fished once this year, so that dream is postponed for a while

Yea i mostly jig all winter, come end of febuary march i tip up fish.

That's a big one. I always wanted to catch a 40+ pike. Guess it's just another thing to strive for in the closing of the ice season and the beginning of the spawn.
