World Record White perch! 6ft 6in. 181lbs! fought single handedly from 6:30am to 5pm

11am to 3pm I wasn't sure if I was still hooked up. all the trucks and people drilling and driving next to my oh so popular red popup spooked this monster down and he disappeared thought I lost him. But after things cleared out, Back on!

Nicely done! You must have been an artist in a previous life. Cool idea. I was out doing some smelt fishing this morning. Called it quits within 2 hours...had enough to keep me cleaning for more than 2 hours. Had many doubles. They were stacked more than twenty feet.

I sold em, played hooky from the real job peed off the home owner, and made like 4 bucks an hour on the ice!!

Assuming 3/4# average size for the whites and fishing non-stop over a 4 hour period that's a fish about every 30 seconds. That's not allowing for beer and pee breaks. Pretty good bite !!

I don't drink beer and no pee breaks while there biting lol. Can't sacrifice valuable fishing time

White perch are invasive so as long as they're being taken out of our waters we shouldn't care where they end up.
