it's more then barbless, it's hookless. You can only use a spoon without a treble, etc. Makes it tough to land them but rules are rules. I use an elastic band to hold the minnow onto the spoon. Hope that helps.

If you can't find that info on your own (when u purchase the license) then you should pick a new sport. These are things you should know for every lake you drop a hook in. Read it every year. Things change. Noobs........ Lol. Kiddin.....
