I went out to Wilsons this morning, was there a little later than I would have like 7:45. There was no one there, had the lake to myself. I went out and drilled a dozen holes. Walked back to the truck and the rain started. I decided to keep the gear in the truck and call it day. I've yet to get out there this year and last night I prepared all my gear. This morning I purchased two dozen shiners and packed a lunch. It's now 10:45 and the weather is only getting worse. The conditions of the ice were yet to be desiarble, 3 inches of slush on the edges and the 16 plus inches of ice looked to be a resemblance of Honey comb. Seemed safe enough but was too lazy to set up the Blue Clam in this weather. I'll be back tomorrow for round 2, maybe even get a tilt in the hole this time.

I am heading out on Wilsons tomorrow. Hopi g it freezes up overnight. Hoping to be on hardwater by 7.

Me and Brendog are fishing down by the dam. I got here at 10:45 ish . Brendog was already set up when I got here . 2 bass and a pickerel so far
