Last trip on the ice this season

My son and I got a few croppies today, Just might be the last time out this ice season due to work and the weather very nice temps.

Hope you get to go a few more times , our ice here is about 50 inch's thick right now so we should easily make it to the end of the season which for us is the end of the month .

How much Ice do you have up there in your part of MN? We will make it through this weekend on Northern Indiana lakes. I would of figured you had double our ice thickness.

The ice up here will make this weekend in most places.  On Monday it was still ok a good 40" and the shore lines where not effected at all, and  still driving out with full sized trucks. alot of water on top of the ice and it was just starting to run down the holes and cracks. but with temps in the 50s and 60s all this week ,who knows I have not been out since Monday, any way I wont have much time with my work schedule   and temps in the 70 s this week end, most likely I will not get on the ice again this season.

nice looking crappies Nitram. In my part of PA we usually catch white ones, not to many black crappies.
