Hows the fishing there?  A buddy of mine lives on the lake and we've never put tip ups in there.

Oxbow Lake in the winter is a snowmobile super highway.
But, there are pickerel, perch, gills, and bass in the lake.
Best off just waiting till open water and taking a rowboat or canoe out.
