Greetings IL Ice Nuts!
Well another ice season has come to an end (at least for me) and we ended on a pretty good note. Board member, Barrelslime (Tom), and I met up in Pierron and headed northeast for one last adventure on the hard water. We found beautiful conditions; 6-7" of good ice, light winds, great temps, and somewhat willing fish! On a positive note we did mark lots of fish, but they sure were a challenge to get them to commit; some of the lightest bites I've had all year. Yesterday would have been a good day to fish with an Aquaview camera to watch them "breathe" on your bait. Here's a few pics Tom and I snapped on the day.

All in all another successful ice fishing season; I got to meet a few more board members and to share this crazy passion with like-minded addicts, I had the chance to fish some new water, and snarl at 'Ol Man Winter one more season!
Until next year!!
Tight Lines,
Jeff (aka ratsotail)
