Reciever hitch mount shelter

I would like to build something like the frabill caboose.  Just better.  Mounted to reciever hitch, can drive with it deployed to move easily in search of fish.  Would be used in South Dakota, so needs to be transported 6 hours.  Will be on a suburban and easy acces to the back end would be a big plus.  Thinking of using open back doors as a part of it.  Any input would be appreciated
