Long Lake

Going there saturday to try and find my first white perch through the ice.  Not looking for monsters just some action.  On foot so I wont make it to far.  Thanks for any comments

Had my shack on long lake in naples last season.Always caught some nice white perch when fishing for browns and salmon.My friends 8 yr old son jigged up some when using the vexlar.You can get to the 35' to 50' water by walking out from the launch. Go off to the left a little from the cluster of shantys.

You can catch them anywhere on that lake. Make sure to set a few traps for Salmon and Browns. We caught a mixed bag right off the launch in Naples.

Good luck to you!! Are you going to be jigging at all, I do best jigging for whites. I like to start with a jig that rattles, I like the northland buckshot minnow, seems to get thee attention real quick.
