Possible new fee for water users

Well got to manage it somehow!  I don't mind doing my part, and a little extra to help out with the cause ($10 fee), but if this ends up being one of those things where registration goes up every year to help stop it, then I think they better find an alternate solution.  It is bad enough that launch fees at most places are $10-$13, I'll have to get a second job to do summer fishing at this rate.
