Strikemaster Honda lite 10"
« on: Feb 23, 2015, 12:16 PM »
I'm buying a new auger this week and its going to be 10" regardless of brand. It makes things much easier with the fish I'm after. Anyways, I really like the idea if a four stroke because it's quiet, no mixing gas, and I would think minimal maintenance. My friend has the 8" Honda lite and loves it. I just wanted to make sure the 35cc motor handles the 10" ok. Thanks for your input!

Good buy. Hope she rips.  I wanted to get one but didn't pull the trigger. Definitely let us know how she cuts.

She will be going to town first thing in the morning. I filled the crankcase with oil and fired it up last night. I see what people are saying about the fuel feed line getting kinked. I'll make sure j have the proper tools with me on the ice to do surgery in case it becomes an issue. Started up second pull. I can't get over how quiet it is.

I'm sorry I have to laugh just a tad. I can't imagine how frustrated you are. It has to be a relief knowing its not going to slow you down, much.
