Our Team Ct photo is getting old its time for a new one for 2016., We need to get a collection of photos and vote on which one we like. Lets hear what your thinking?

sunset idea sounds good
maybe a couple of guys out on the ice a few tip ups set in the background one flag up
have one of the guys be holding up a decent fish (eye, northern,larry, or anything big enough for the picture)
depending on how late the sunset is you may not really see the people much at all but it may just be the outline

I have a great pic of an eery, foggy sunrise on Long Pond with some barely visible tilts in the foreground. I'll post it later today and you guys can give some feedback

and your point is? no state will have such a unique picture. that is the best ice fishing picture i have ever seen at my young age.

My point is and you did miss it, The pic has to be approved by the mod and the owner of the site, If you think it qualifies by all means send it. After being on this site for many yrs. you get to know what will fly or not.

Why don't we have a photo contest? New York has a new state photo every year, people post pictures and a poll decides the winner. If that's the consensus, I'll start a thread for posting photos next week. We have lots of time to decide in time for next season. I would suggest that we accept proposed photographs until the end of March.

Great idea. Someome is bound to have an awesome pic. Can you include directions to post pics in the thread? I'm not a dinosaur but don't post many pictures, although I take a ton while fishing, like my wife taking pictures of the kids haha. I also am taking my little daughters put on Sunday and want to put a pic in the children's contest.
