Gridiron Tournament results

A big thank you to everyone who attended yesterdays Burrillville Gridiron Tournament!  We had a lot of new faces this year, great fishing, and a huge showing of fellow RI iceshantians.  The winning bass was 4.11 lbs (caught with 3 minutes left in the tournament!!), second place 4.6 lbs.  There were a ton of 2 and 3 pounders caught as well.  Good food, good fun, good fishing...  thank you again.  Here are a few photos from our day:

I had good time at tournament. Darn, I didnt win anything I got too many flag lost many bait and broken my line when I pull up then snap off. I was like HUH must be big bass or ? lol. Finally I meet more RI Ice shanty guys.

Great time was had on Sunday. Great pics of everyone. Congrats to my son for catching the winning fish with under five minutes left. That was the biggest fish he has ever caught. lets hope there are many more.

 this was the first tournament i have ever fished i can't wait till the next one!!!  i caught a nice pickerel and had a couple good runs i lost but it was a great time.  big thanks to halfhooked for teaching this rookie some new things. those dynamite sandwiches were delicious i look forward to next  the one. good food good people good time

Those dynamites had a perfect finish to them.  Wish i could have gotten a couple more fish. Only three Picks. Congrats to the winners. Can't wait until next year.

Couldn't ice a bass but between the three of us, we caught 22 pickerel on 11 tip-ups. A fun, busy day on the ice with my son and his friend. Dynamites were delicious! Thanks, Comeonnow!
