Who's braving the elements this weekend.
« on: Feb 13, 2015, 08:29 PM »
I just spent the day(shacked up) on a local lake with mixed results. 2 keeper perch 3 decent crappie and 2 gills. So who's headed out and where. I'm thinking of heading north to Pistakee and look for some gills.

Good Luck and stay warm,
Wind chills to -25 tomorrow. I'll be in my Quickfish but still hole hoping I use it as a warming center.

I will be heading out monday i think and trying a new lake. I will bring the shanty and heater just as a warming center, not to fish in. Good luck to all and PLEASE be safe and stay warm.

I'll wait it out and stay in the house those winds are brutal and the extreme cold makes it a little tougher to throw some meat on the ice. Most likely will be hitting willow slough for some gills on Tuesday....

Went out to SWSC yesterday and today. Yesterday was brutal fished for about 5 hours. Today went again -1 felt warm compared to yesterday. Good day caught fish all day from 8 to 4. I know I'm crazy because I'm doing it all over again tomorrow.
