HT Velocity edge 6" auger

So i picked up this HT velocity edge 6" hand auger today off of craigslist for 35.00 Brand new never used. Came with the offset handles, cordless drill adapter and plastic disc to go along with the adapter. Stopped at lake to try it out on the way home.  Once i figured out the offset handles, this thing cut through 12" with zero problem.. Have never used a nils but i think having the offset handles is the biggest difference maker.. i have a 6" lazer with brand new blades and the HT cut way faster.   After i was inspecting the auger.  The blades seem to be interchangeable with the 6" lazer blades. But the thing that really caught my attention was the whole head is bolted to the shaft similar to how the nils heads are attached.. What are the chances that a nils replacement head fits onto the shaft of this HT hand auger?

Now that would be sweet. If the auger cuts good you made a good deal now matter what blades are on it.
