I love Swedish pimple in about 15 20 feet of what for brookies they seem to like them. I've never tried the pk s yet but hope they work good. Also the tube jigs have heard good thing about them. And I've never use airplane jig I've heard to pull them fairly fast when jigging.

I pack some of that trout powerbait in the tube then put in the jig head. It gives off a lot of scent and you don't need to tip with meat.

why does that sound dirty??!!??? :o

Cut the trailer hook off if it has one and tip it with sucker or smelt. Pound the bottom with it and make a few 3 feet high lifts they will hit it as it flys to bottom. ;)

Yup.

Take it out of the box and drop it down the hole.  Move 30 feet to the left or right, drill a new hole, and jig with something good.

If you are content catching 1-2 fish per trip, they are a great lure.  If you want to catch fish use something else. ;)
