Between the cracks.... Is it still on?

Does anyone know if the tournament is still on for Saturday?  If so has anyone got current ice/snow conditions?  I live down in South County so not easy for me to go check myself.  Would like to go but plan to bring my otter shelter and fear I will not be able to pull it through the slop!!!

Any information would be appreciated.

saying winds chills will be around zero or below with the winds predicted. Would love to fish, but not into getting frost bite.
