I noticed that the Midwest Open site was updated with parking, rule changes and other info.

a two man hub or flip over should be fine,
     "The use of Twin Style Hub Shelters
will not be permitted in this year’s
Midwest Open Ice Fishing Tournament.
Hub Style Shelters that are advertised as
2-Person will be allowed."

Twin style hub being a large popup? I read that wrong. Hub shelters advertised as 2 man are allowed. My bad!
